Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer was born in August of 1981. She is best known for her performances in the films The Haunting of Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful and This Is Where I Leave You and also for her role in the TV seriesAngela's Eyes Mad Men Hawthorne and Suits. Her current role is Amantha in Rectify which is a Sundance Channel series. Abigail Leigh Spencer is an American actor who is active in TV as well as films. The actress gained acclaim for her performances on the show drama Rectify along with the sci-fi show Timeless. Gulf Breeze Florida native made her acting d but with the show All My Children. She was awarded a Soap Opera Digest Award for the Outstanding Female Newcomer. Over the next few years she mainly played roles as guest stars on a variety of TV shows. Her name was awe-inspiring for her role as the character of Dr. Erin Jameson, in the show Hawthorne. She slowly grew a large following thanks to her gorgeous looks and incredible acting abilities. At the age twenty she made her first appearance in the film Campfire Stones. Jekyll This Means War was another film in which she starred. Her nomination was to the Madrid International Film Festival Award for her part in the movie Beautiful Now'. In the program Timeless in which she portrayed the character of Lucy Preston, a history professor. It has been well-received by critics and Spencer's role has been nominated in The Teen Choice Award.
