Britney Jean Spears

Britney Jean Spears was born 2 December, 1981 in McComb, Mississippi & raised in Kentwood, Louisiana. As a youngster, Britney attended dance classes and was a pro in gymnastics. She won numerous contests and other similar. Britney is a singer, but most important, she was a fan of dancing classes. Britney tried to audition for The All New Mickey Mouse Club (1989) at age 8. She was denied because of her age. Britney was then referred to the off-Broadway production "Ruthless" where she played the lead role for two years. The show was re-run for The All New Mickey Mouse Club (1989) and this time playing the mouseketeer. In the latter part of the 90s, Britney was signed to Jive Recording Artist. After the release of her debut album"Baby One Last Time" "...Baby One More Time" in early 1999 Britney became a global hit having sold 13 million copies of "Baby" and 9 million (as as of July 2001) of her second album "Oops !...I Did It Again" that was released in May of 2000. Britney was born to Lynne Spears & Jamie Spears She has a big brother named Bryan Spears & a little sister, Jamie Lynn Spears. Britney, a child of Madonna, Mariah Carey, and Whitney Houston, was always determined to be a celebrity. After having a lot of vocal and dance classes, and performing in numerous showcases and fairs, Britney was a candidate for The All New Mickey Mouse Club (1989) TV show [1989-1994] when she aged eight, but was too young to be able to audition for the part. Britney and her infant sister Britney relocated to New York, where she was featured in numerous TV commercials and in an off Broadway production called "Ruthless" with the guidance of Natalie Portman. Her passion for dancing and music took over and, two years later, she auditioned again for the role on "Mickey Mouse" again and, this time, won the role with Christina Aguilera and Justin Timberlake.
